At Jean Graver, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship from Germany to Germany and all European Union (EU) member countries.

Shipping Costs
Germany: Free shipping on all orders of €80 or more.
Germany (orders below €80): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
European Union: Free shipping on all orders of €80 or more.
European Union (orders below €80): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times
Germany: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking information so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties. If any local taxes or fees apply in the destination country, they are the responsibility of the customer.
